Godrej Properties recently purchased a wide-acre land parcel in Sector 40, Panipat, keeping its first plotted township in the city and fourth in North India. With around 800 residential plots planned, spread across approximately 1.02 million square feet, the project is pegged to generate revenue over ₹1,250 crore.

Chandigarh. 10 minutes from Panipat Railway Station, and about an hour from
Delhi’s border (Kundli) and 1–1 hours to IGI Airport. Future-ready
infrastructure includes the upcoming Delhi-Panipat RRTS corridor and proposed
metro expansion, which will significantly reduce commuting time.
New Launch Godrej Panipat aims to deliver a
resort‑style experience with premium infrastructure, Clubhouse, gym, swimming
pool, yoga/meditation lawns, sports courts, kids’ play area, and landscaped
gardens. Jogging/cycling tracks, senior citizen decks, spa & sauna,
mini-theatre, and convenience retail plaza embedded in the layout. Designed as
